LFK will pay you superannuation on top of your rate.

You (the Contractor) can ask someone else (a “Delegate”) to take over some of their duties under this Agreement, but only if:

• LFK gives written permission first,

• The Delegate has the right skills and experience to do the job properly, and

• The Contractor is still fully responsible for making sure the job is done to the required standard, and for anything the Delegate does or doesn’t do.
